Community Events Committee

Sponsors

Eastvale Community Events Committee is a strictly voluntary organization that puts on events with individual donations and business sponsors.  Annual sponsorships are available each year for all our events.

Community Sponsorships are for local businesses that would like to participate in our events as a vendor in addition to contributing to the events cost.  Community Sponsorships cost $500.00.  What you get for the sponsorship is booth space for our 2008 events including Picnic in the Park (June 27-29), the Fall Festival (October 4), and the Holiday Showcase Social (December 5), a banner displayed at the events, discounts on second booths, a thank-you mention on select printed materials throughout the year, and a free one-month banner ad on EastvaleResidents.com*.  This is a savings of over $695 and your spot is then guaranteed at our 2008 events and your business will be listed as an event vendor on our website all year long.
